Sales Application Owner & Analyst

Hitachi Energy Switzerland Ltd, High Voltage Products, is renowned worldwide as a specialist
for power transmission and distribution and subject role will be based out of Hitachi Energy
technology services Pvt Ltd, Chennai. The Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after
sales support of generator circuit-breaker (GCB) systems and gas insulated switchgears (GIS)
for both Transmission (220kV-550kV) and Sub-transmission (60kV-170kV) level, including
training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, value-added services,
troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements.

You have a higher education with a commercial and/or technical/IT focus? You have profound
conceptual, analytical and organizational skills? You have experience in sales, pricing, e-
commerce business or creating PowerBI dashboard / Powerapps? You are self-motivated,

As a Sales Application Owner & Analyst you establish and maintain numerous Sales
Dashboards to empower and improve the operational Sales workforce. You are working
closely together with other functions and stakeholders in our Product Service Center (PSC).
With your drive and ownership, you improve upon and standardize our Sales tools to support
our vast service portfolio.

Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and developing Sharepoint SOMA (Service Offer Management
Application) our Workflow and Document Management System
- Creation of PowerBI Dashboards to measure our Sales KPIs
- Further development of SFDC and Forecast Tool
- Business analysis on orders received, margin development on our products and countries
- Support in standardizing and implementing our pricing strategy
- 2nd Level Support and further development of Business Online (BOL) our E-Commerce platform:
Maintaining latest cost / price.
- Presentations and training of tools and processes
- Active participation in internal process improvement projects
Your background:
- Tools: Share point, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, SQL / Phyton
- Higher education with commercial and/or technical/IT focus (University, FH, TS or similar)
- 2-year experience in driving Sales, IT or Business projects and improvements
- Team player with good conceptual, communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Drive and persistence combined with strong skills in indirect leadership
- Good knowledge in SAP, MS Office, e-commerce exposure is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and speaking)
