Complete incident investigations with EHS support</li><li>Work effectively with cross functional teams to support the implementation of new equipment, fixtures, and procedures to improve quality, output, yield, and OEE.</li><li>Work with other cross functional teams to determine root causes of product defects, poor product performance, &amp; line down time.</li><li>Solicit production feedback on existing and new products introductions and process changes from technician teams to keep teams fully engaged in their work.</li></ul><h3>Experience &amp; Skills: </h3><ul><li>Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of that experience being in a leadership role.
