We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead Lucid internal cloud services projects, demonstrating exceptional planning, execution, and communication skills, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and consistently striving for excellence
The Role:
- Oversee Cloud Services projects, setting milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using technical judgment.
- Communicate project timelines and status across the organization.
- Develop long-term strategic plans for embedded projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
- Comprehend technical architecture and implementations, offering alternative solutions as necessary.
- Foster vendor relationships to align with internal team speeds.
- Collaborate with clients to set data engineering and data science priorities.
- Work with engineering teams to estimate efforts and manage resources.
- Support engineers in execution and dependency management.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Proactively drive results by removing obstacles and implementing Agile processes
- Demonstrate ownership mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field is required.
- 7 years or more of experience managing technical cross-functional programs.
- 7 years or more of expertise in developing microservices and backend integrations.
- Extensive experience and deep knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, React/JS, UX and Access management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud systems, backend integrations, infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of backend APIs and cloud messaging services.
- Proven ability to manage execution and deliver high-quality products.
- Strong technical judgment in addressing software engineering challenges.
- Skilled at collaborating within highly integrated teams of both technical and non-technical members.
- Demonstrated success in taking ownership and driving results across organizations and business units.
- Advanced proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher education in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proven track record in development web applications.
- Hands-on experience with customer-facing applications.
- Previous work experience in automotive industry and customer-oriented applications.
- Excels in dynamic, collaborative environments with rapid pace of work.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$153,100—$224,510 USD
