  • You plan G&G data acquisition programs, supervise drilling execution, and support planning and execution phases.
  • You lead communication and stakeholder management regarding Vulcan’s license portfolio and support permitting processes.
  • You assess geothermal & lithium resources and reserves.

  • You have experience in leading and developing technical teams – ideally in international and interdisciplinary environments.
  • You bring strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and volatile market environment.
We offer
  • Flexible working hours and the option for mobile working on a daily basis by arrangement.
  • 30 days of vacation (based on a 5-day workweek).
  • Onboarding program “Vulcan Starter Days,” including a site visit in Landau and a guided tour.

  • Bike leasing.
  • Capital-forming benefits / company pension scheme.
  • Corporate benefits platform with many attractive discount offers.
  • A responsible role in shaping a CO₂-neutral future in Europe.
  • Exciting, responsible, and varied tasks with room for your own ideas.
We are looking forward to meeting you!
