Join Spirii’s Strategic Accounts Team to Drive Growth and Deepen Relationships with Our Key Enterprise Clients.
As an Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise in our services and solutions to expand relationships with high-value enterprise customers. Your background in managing customer relationships and solutions will equip you with unique insights into client challenges and opportunities, enabling you to drive growth aligned with our OKRs and company targets.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, with a dotted line to the CSO International, you will play a critical role in revenue growth, customer success, and the expansion of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Transition existing customer relationships from a service-oriented focus to a strategic account management approach, prioritizing long-term partnerships and delivering measurable value (e.g., year-over-year revenue growth per account).
- Account Execution: Drive revenue and deliverables within assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction metrics.
- Credibility & Advisory: Leverage your experience in customer relationship management to manage customer expectations, resolve pain points, and position Spirii’s services strategically to meet contractual obligations.
- Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline in Hubspot, with monthly revenue forecasting (accuracy target of 90%) and close new opportunities to achieve quarterly targets set by the CSO and COO.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, SRO, and CS teams to improve the client experience, ensuring alignment and delivery of milestones.
- Negotiation & Growth: Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and up-sell initiatives, targeting a x% increase in contract value for each renewal and expansion opportunity.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Spirii at industry events, client discussions, and internal initiatives, promoting our strategic vision and securing leadership positioning in market discussions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven ability to transition into a strategic account management role, demonstrating a deep understanding of Spirii’s solutions and services.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong track record of relationship-building, project management, and delivering measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, client retention).
- Strategic mindset with experience navigating long sales cycles and engaging with senior/C-level stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a history of securing high-value deals and renewals.
- Previous experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry or EV chargers sector is a plus
Collaboration with the Head of Strategic Accounts:
- Performance Reporting: Provide the Head of Strategic Accounts with clear, timely, and actionable updates on key accounts, including sales pipeline status, forecasted revenue, and progress toward quarterly OKRs, supporting informed decision-making.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain high standards for tracking customer interactions, sales opportunities, and marketing touchpoints in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to optimized processes.
- CRM Management: Maximize HubSpot as the primary CRM tool, ensuring real-time updates of customer interactions and sales opportunities to maintain clear visibility into account health for both the sales and leadership teams.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to ensure customer-facing communications align with strategic account objectives, driving customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Sales Pipeline Insights: Regularly provide insights on the sales pipeline’s progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and opportunities for acceleration to achieve revenue targets.
- Escalation Management: Address and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with the Head of Strategic Accounts to develop solutions for any escalated problems that may impact client satisfaction or growth.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure contractual obligations are met and report any compliance issues. Work closely with the Head of Strategic Accounts to ensure that client agreements are aligned with company policies and operational capabilities.
- Marketing Alignment: Act as a liaison between sales and marketing, ensuring that marketing efforts are well-aligned with strategic account objectives and effectively timed to maximize customer engagement.
