Job Description

  

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the AR process, including collections, invoicing, credit memos and maintaining accurate customer records in SAP.

  • Resolve disputes and exceptions from collection processes.

  • Ensuring all invoices are posted to general ledger and reconcile to GL on monthly basis.

  • Review unapplied cash account

  • Review A/R Aging and follow up on overdue payments.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years progressive responsibility in the above functions.

  • Strong numerical aptitude.

  • Previous exposure to computerized accounting programs on a multi-user system – SAP Program is a must

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Intermediate experience in Excel

  • Problem Solver

  • Proven customer relations skills.

  • Please note that due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.
