At CIM, we are looking for a Data integration Specialist, who can collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless integrations and operations. Your responsibilities will include
What you’ll do:Ruleset and Deployment:
- Develop and deploy analytics algorithms across integrated sites to ensure accurate monitoring and performance tracking.
- Work with data science and development teams to optimize the rulesets for better data analysis and reporting.
Client Engagement and Onboarding:
- Serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Coordinate kick-off meetings, ensuring all necessary internal and client stakeholders are in attendance.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and provide ongoing support during onboarding and offboarding including the
- Lead the coordination of client onboarding processes, ensuring successful integration of their buildings into the PEAK platform.
- Collaborate with external contractors, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary data and configure integrations.
- Facilitate the handover of fully integrated sites to the Customer Success team.
BACER Inventory Management:
- Manage and maintain BACER inventory, ensuring that all required devices are available, properly configured, and deployed.
- Coordinate the smooth sending of CIM owned BACERs to and from clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any BACER hardware or software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client data feeds.
Data Integration:
- Integrate data from various client platforms into CIM’s cloud-based PEAK platform.
- Ensure that data is extracted, mapped, and tagged correctly for efficient integration and use.
- Deploy analytics algorithms on integrated data and ensure continuous data flow with high uptime.
What you bring to CIM: - Strong knowledge of data integration and network configurations.
- Experience with system integration and working with complex data systems.
- Programming skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with API integrations.
- Client-facing experience, including managing onboarding, offboarding, and communication with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Project coordination experience
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, achievement orientated and an interest in learning
Preferred - but not required:
- University/TAFE qualification in Computer Science, Mechatronics or similar
- Experience with Building Management System (BMS) and building services profession
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot BACER inventory, ensuring the devices are functional and optimally deployed.
- Experience with Linux and other Unix-like operating systems
- Experience with energy analysis, metering and reporting requirements
- Client facing experience (i.e. able to interact and engage with key stakeholders on the client side)
