About the Role:
Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for transferring pallets of grocery boxes from our Warehouse to our Linehaul Trucks. This is a full-time position that requires lifting up to 50 pounds at a time. Forklift experience is required. We are searching for a dedicated team member who will treat our Imperfect’s products with perfect care.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required
- Basic produce/grocery knowledge
- Familiarity with a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work/stand for 8 hours
- Food stocking and loading experience is a plus
About You:
- You pay excellent attention to detail
- You have creative problem-solving skills
- You’re able to adapt to cold weather (may have to go in our Warehouse)
- You’re able to stay focused and work efficiently both alone and as part of a team
- You’re passionate about our mission to eliminate food waste and create a better food system for all
Details of Position:
- Full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Distribution
- Pay: $16.50 / hour
- Position based out of our Severn Warehouse
- Competitive compensation and benefits package including health care, paid vacation, 401K, paid parental leave, and a weekly, recurring credit, of $25, towards your Imperfect account!
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
- Able to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach, and kneel
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
