Here are some of the perks and rewards<ul><li>Work from home or in the office, Hybrid</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li><li>Community volunteering program</li><li>A range of career development opportunities.</li></ul><div> Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>Meet monthly sales revenue targets by providing power and cooling solutions to Construction sector in Japan</li><li>Develop, identify and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, and convert to key accounts within the target sector in the Japan whilst educating potential customers on the benefits of power and temperature control rental applications.</li><li>Develop / build a network of sustainable contacts in the Manufacturing sector within the assigned territory</li><li>Conduct presentations of products and applications to existing and potential customers.</li><li>Generate and receive enquiries from customers, quoting for the work, negotiating contracts and securing orders.</li><li>Provide proactive information about relevant market activities within the assigned geographical territory.</li><li>Provide competitor analysis on a regular basis in line with the procedures.</li><li>Submit and update the Customer relationship management (CRM)</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Tertiary education in University or diploma qualification in a Technical (electrical, mechanical, engineering), or Business-related discipline</li><li>At least 2 years’ relevant experience selling to Manufacturing Sector</li><li>Ability to speak and write Japanese.
