What you will do
Lead photovoltaic construction projects, including grid connection infrastructure
Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors
Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones
Oversee permits, insurances and necessary documentation before work begins
Control deliveries, site compliance, and monitor on-site safety and quality
Track budgets, validate invoices and run regular construction meetings
What you bring & who you are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
5–7 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in renewables
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Committed to high standards in quality and safety
Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
Fluency in German and English
