The opportunity
 

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technical Training Specialist for the Grid Integration Business in Raleigh, NC. The role involves developing training for technology and solutions related to the Energy Transition. The position provides opportunities for collaboration with colleagues and skill development while working on projects that impact communities and society.
 

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop innovative and technical learning experiences that align with the business unit strategy and company needs.

  • Serve as an active member of the global technical training center, collaborating to drive the technical learning strategy of the business, with a particular emphasis on representing North America.

  • Ensure awareness and support implementation of company offerings in respect to leadership and other non-technical training in the business

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training content.

  • Facilitate training programs including lean management, orientation and onboarding.

  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including creating course events and sessions.

  • Ensure that both training and certification records for the Hub are maintained accurately and consistently.

Your background

  • A Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Design, or a related field is required.

  • Experienced in training or related roles.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Expertise in utilizing training software and tools.

  • Able to work both independently and in teams; self-motivated to meet deadlines despite competing priorities; skilled at leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
