The Manufacturing Administrative Assistant provides departmental administrative support by preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, ordering parts, ensuring maintenance and facilities certs and permits are up to date, submit purchase requisitions, tracking maintenance, and generating purchase orders, etc. Supports a medium to large team or a senior level manager. Works under broad supervision.

Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems ( CMMS )
LOTO Updates
General Knowledge of Excel
Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles.
Manage and coordinate the schedules and appointments of the department.
Coordinate travel domestically and internationally, which includes assisting with passports and visas.
Handle communications, take calls and messages, arrange conference calls.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including on-site and off-site, conferences, presentations, and celebrations.
Assist with preparing presentations, which may include research and compiling data.
Compile and prepare reports as required, ensuring due dates are met.
Handle all miscellaneous administrative duties, which includes maintenance of electronic files, distribution of mail and communications, ordering supplies, printer maintenance, processing invoices, maintaining files, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED.
Three (3) or more years administrative support experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate鈥檚 degree in a related field
5 plus years of related work experience.
Pay Range:
$39,600.00 - $60,600.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
