You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and facilitate effective communication across the company. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure our leadership operates efficiently and effectively.‍What You Will Be Doing:<ul style=""><li>Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.</li><li>Travel &amp; Logistics: Coordinate travel itineraries and arrange logistics for conferences, offsites, and other team travel.</li><li>Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and execution.</li><li>Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, team off-sites, and other corporate gatherings.</li><li>Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.</li></ul>‍Qualifications<ul style=""><li>Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
