Architect

We are seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join our innovative Architecture + Interiors studio, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge architectural solutions that shape the urban landscape of the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee architectural design concepts for a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural elements with engineering and interior design
• Conduct site analyses and prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, and construction documents
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of architectural projects
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into architectural projects
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and design standards in the UAE
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the architectural department
• Utilize advanced design software to create visually compelling and technically accurate architectural plans
