About the Position
This position ensures compliance with environmental regulations through data collection, analysis, and reporting, while providing guidance and support to internal teams on environmental issues. The Environmental Reporting Analyst reports to the Environmental Team Lead at client's location in Bengaluru, India.

Technical - Demonstrated regulatory, reporting, compliance or permitting experience in the oil and gas industry, refinery, or manufacturing facility. Experience in interpreting data and implementing programs for sustained performance and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical skills to solve problems or identify alternatives. Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements and ability to work within our systems of record and IT solutions. Capable of supporting desktop safeguard reviews through partnership with Wells, Operations, and BU Vendors. Experience in air emission reporting, waste management and managing environmental compliance.
Leadership - Understands HSE requirements specific to current role. Follows procedures, seeks understanding of hazards, and verifies necessary safeguards are in place and sufficient. Challenges norms and stops work when an unsafe condition or act may result in an undesirable event or if the task is unclear.
