Job Description:Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including balance sheet account reconciliations, coordination and support for annual audits (internal and external), as well as review of financial reports as needed;</li><li>Prepare reports on the Company’s financial position, including balance sheet and income statement variances, with communication of financial results to management;</li><li>Review monthly financial statements in accordance with Brazilian and U.S. accounting principles – BRGAAP and USGAAP;</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and coordination in the preparation of budget forecasts for income and cash flow, including proposing improvements to optimize results;</li><li>Improve systems and procedures, as well as initiate corrective actions;</li><li>Review calculation and compliance of direct and indirect taxes, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations;</li><li>Ensure control and proper accounting of additions, disposals, and transfers of fixed assets;</li><li>Analyze expenses, monthly balance sheets, and monthly project profit and loss statements. Review and implement actions resulting from these analyses;</li><li>Ensure that budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met;</li><li>Possess knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes and Intercompany transactions;</li><li>Identify potential risks and opportunities for the Company's financial development;</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of monthly inventory records;</li><li>Coordinate/supervise the annual physical inventory count or stocktaking;</li><li>Identify and correct discrepancies between accounting, tax data, and physical inventory results;</li><li>Propose improvements to inventory control processes, aiming for greater accuracy in tax and operational records;</li><li>Perform other activities related to the role and work processes.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, economics, finance or related field.</li><li>Experience: 5+ years of experience</li><li>Technical Skills: Office advanced, Power BI intermediate</li><li>Communication: Advanced English</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
