They love our customer-centric mindset, as well as our pace of innovation in the market.</li></ul>  The impact you’ll own As a Customer Success Manager at Climate X, you’ll own the post-sales relationship with some of the world’s leading financial institutions, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout their lifecycle with us. From onboarding and training through to ongoing product adoption and renewals, you’ll work closely with senior banking stakeholders to help them unlock maximum value from our Spectra platform, aligning our climate physical risk solutions directly to their risk management and regulatory objectives. You’ll play a strategic role, bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams (including Product, Science, Sales and Support) to advocate for customer needs, collect and feed back valuable insights to shape future product development, and ensure our solutions continuously evolve to meet the fast-changing demands of the financial services industry.
