What we do
The impact you’ll own
As Customer Support Specialist, you will shape the client experience at our high-growth startup, tackling the world’s most urgent challenge. You will get hands-on exposure to cutting-edge climate risk data, financial modelling, and SaaS innovation.
You will be the first point of contact for financial services clients, providing timely and insightful support on our climate risk platform. You will help clients interpret complex scientific and financial data, making it actionable and valuable for their unique applications and use cases.
You will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless resolution. You will own and refine support processes, contributing to a best-in-class customer experience. You will educate and empower clients through product training sessions, guides, and knowledge-sharing. Additionally you will capture client feedback to help shape future product enhancements.
