Job Description
We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to power projects with precision. Are you the kind of person who
dots every "i," crosses every "t," and ensures that every contract runs like a well-oiled machine?

contracts manager, you will be at the core of drafting, reviewing, and
negotiating agreements with
EPCs,
suppliers, and
key stakeholders. Your role will be to
ensure compliance,
track obligations, and
keep projects moving seamlessly.
You’ll work closely with
legal, finance, and project teams to
mitigate risks,
resolve disputes, and oversee the smooth execution of
large-scale solar and
BESS projects. Managing
multiple contracts under tight deadlines should be second nature to you.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the
EPC environment and is comfortable switching between boardroom discussions and on-site problem-solving – hard hat and safety boots included. You are well-connected in the renewable energy space and can leverage that network.

Then follow our LinkedIn page and subscribe to our mailer.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Negotiations & Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, oversee project site agreements, and support the preparation of tender submissions
- Claims & Dispute Resolution: Handle contractor and consultant progress claims, variation claims, and dispute resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Payment & Procurement Oversight: Coordinate contractor and consultant payment processes, ensuring compliance with contract terms and financial controls
- Contract Administration & Compliance: Assist in compiling and executing contracts (FIDIC, Employer Bespoke) while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Tender & Proposal Support: Assist with tender documentation, bid evaluation, and adjudication during the construction phase
- Risk & Performance Management: Maintain commercial, contractual claims, and risk registers to track project liabilities and ensure contract performance
- Document & Data Management: Ensure data integrity in construction management repositories and company document control systems
- Project Controls & Strategy: Support procurement and project control functions, optimising cost, quality, and timeline efficiency
