NCX is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help drive the growth of our world-class engineering, product, and data science teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer, negotiation, and closing stages. More than just hiring great tech talent, we view this role as an opportunity to partner with hiring managers across engineering functions to understand their hiring objectives and create a seamless, uniform, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.   • Partner with Engineering leaders to design a tailored recruiting strategy
  • Find highly specialized technical candidates from small talent pools
  • Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer acceptance
  • Guide the hiring decision by critically reviewing feedback and drive close process while staying objective through the offer stages
  • Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Understand our broader business and be able to effectively answer questions around NCX’s strategy, goals, and culture
  • Ensure a seamless, uniform, and high touch candidate experience
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to hit our ambitious headcount goals
  • Use market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process and develop a strategy to influence the candidates’ decision to join
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of quality candidate by driving innovative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
Sound Like You?
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on software engineering, data engineering, data science and products, preferably in a fast-paced startup
  • Active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process and make it more efficient
  • Solid experience sourcing diverse talent through multiple creative channels such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Underdog.io, Hired.com, Seekout, Google Scholar, StackOverflow, etc.
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
  • Some engineering education or work background a plus
  • Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and connect with people of all levels
  • Experience closing senior and/or “hard to fill” roles
  • Accustomed to multitasking, self-prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines
  • Hardworking, organized, and have a stellar work ethic
  • Experience using Greenhouse or other ATS tools
  • Experience working with Asana
