We are seeking a Marketing Strategy & Communications Manager to drive our marketing communications initiatives, market intelligence, and strategic planning efforts. This role will play a critical part in executing external marketing programs, optimizing digital presence, and leveraging data-driven insights to support business growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, this individual will be responsible for planning and execution of product launches, SEO, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns, social media content creation, and trade show administration while also supporting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and enterprise account strategies. Additionally, they will oversee the collaboration with external agencies for web design and content, ensuring alignment with our marketing vision. A key component of this role is to explore and implement AI-driven marketing strategies that comply with company AI policies.

General Responsibilities
• Develops and executes promotional campaigns and marketing materials for the designated product or program
• Leads effective market research studies in order to utilize effective communication distribution channels, and focus on a target market
• Conduct competitor analysis to execute and develop an innovative, creative and unique marketing communication media strategy
• Evaluate market campaign performance and offer recommendations

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Optimize SEO to enhance organic traffic and brand visibility.
  • Lead ABM campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage social media strategy, content creation, and brand alignment.
  • Oversee trade show planning and coordination for maximum impact.
  • Manage external marketing firms for website design, content, and digital campaigns.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure go-to-market success.
  • Support market research and competitive analysis efforts to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and ROI.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain a central repository of customer insights to inform strategy.

Enterprise Account Program & Strategic Planning

  • Support the execution of the Enterprise Account Program, aligning marketing efforts with key customer segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to develop strategic marketing plans that drive growth and differentiation.

AI Integration & Innovation

  • Explore AI-driven marketing tools and strategies to enhance automation, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all AI marketing initiatives adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and ABM best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Experience in overseeing external marketing agencies and ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals.
  • Understanding of AI applications in marketing and a proactive approach to leveraging new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and brand positioning.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong project management skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy, market analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in SEO, ABM, product launches, and competitive market analysis.
  • experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferable
  • Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.

Position Type & Work Environment

  • Full-time, exempt position.
  • Remote or hybrid, preferably based in the Eastern or Central U.S.
  • May require occasional travel for trade shows, team meetings, and customer engagements.

Base Salary Range:

$87,200.00 - $119,790.00
