This is how you will grow:
- Lead materials testing, prototyping, and failure analysis.
- Support design engineering with material selection and process improvements.
- Develop test procedures, specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D, CAE, production, and quality teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- 5+ years of experience in materials testing and characterization.
- Expertise in material property evaluations, SEM, microhardness testing, and failure analysis.
- Knowledge of mechanical and environmental testing methods (DMA, DSC, TGA, FTIR, fatigue testing).
- BS in Materials/Metallurgical Engineering (MS/PhD preferred).
- Leadership experience is a plus.
