Currently we are looking for:

Customer Service Specialist - fixed-term contract

Core responsibilities:

• Cooperating with and maintaining a very good relationship with the Logistics and Purchasing Departments of the Client’s company
• Executing customers’ orders in accordance with agreed contracts (production, deliveries)
• Ensuring execution of the sales plan by customer
• Controlling stock, receivables, returnable packages balance, and preparing relevant reports
• Supporting Sales Managers in developing markets.

Requirements

• University degree (economy, trade preferred)
• Very good level of English (B2/C1)
• Knowledge of other European language is additional advantage (German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with clients
• Good analytical skills
• Team player with good problem solving skills, self-reliant
• Experience in a similar position in an international environment beneficial
• SAP experience will be an advantage
