You will support the product and technology development of Electric Hydrogen's electrolyzer stacks.You will work onsite at our Devens, MA office reporting into the Manager of Electrolyzer Stack Product Development.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Document and maintain stack subcomponent requirements, and assess conformity against these requirements</li><li>Develop a Design Failure Mode and Effects (DFMEA) for the stacks and stack subcomponents</li><li>Perform analyses to verify stacks and subcomponents meet their requirements and reduce risks for performance, lifetime, cost, and manufacturability</li><li>Conduct design reviews and create 3D models of stacks and stack subcomponents</li><li>Develop part and material specifications for stacks and stack subcomponents</li><li>Develop, release, and maintain a Bill of Materials (BOM) for stacks and stack subcomponents</li><li>Develop a Design Verification Plant &amp; Report (DVP&amp;R) for the stack and stack subcomponents and manage their verification</li><li>Participate in the change management process of stacks and stack subcomponents</li><li>Develop First Article Inspection (FAI) and Incoming Quality Control (IQC) plans for stacks and stack subcomponents</li><li>Support stack certification for codes and standards</li><li>Support the development and tracking of scope for schedules and budget for stack and stack subcomponent activities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar discipline</li><li>8+ years of experience in 3D modeling, drawing skills, and tolerance analysis</li><li>Experience with electrolyzers, fuel cells, and batteries</li><li>Experience with the following processes: developing, testing development cycles, requirements documentation, maintenance, and verification</li><li>Experience with Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and Structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA)</li><li>Experience with seal/gasket analysis and design and knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mechanics of materials, and mass transport</li></ul>#LI-OnsiteCompensation and Benefits l P4<div><div><div>Natick Zone</div><div>$135,000—$158,000 USD</div></div></div><div>Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package.
