THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will support us through our next phase of growth in the US. Expect to wear many hats, work hand-in-hand with the rest of the US team, and have career coaching that will enable your growth beyond this role and further within the business.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will report directly to the US Head of Strategy & Planning and work hand in hand with counterparts in the EU, UK and Australia teams, as well as leaders within the US business. You will be responsible for ensuring we have the right data-driven visibility and insights into operational activities across all our markets. You will set up and manage our operational reporting within the US business, including the day to day management, maintenance and improvement of key dashboards.

The US business saw exponential growth in 2021 driven by deals with delivery businesses that want to invest in rider safety and efficiency, and in particular supported by the recent wave of Convenience Grocery delivery growth. We need someone to see us through the next wave of growth, which we expect to be just as supercharged. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help us achieve our next 10X growth in the US through:

• Working with new and complex data structures to create operational reporting dashboards for the business
• Monitoring and reporting on performance vs. goals set by management team
• Helping identify process gaps and business improvement opportunities through maintaining of dashboards and deep diving into untapped data points
• Making actionable recommendations based on large amount of information from varying data sources. You will be involved in some of the most important meetings in the business so exceptional communication skills are key
• Support on wider strategic project initiatives on an ad-hoc basis across all functions of the business

Requirements

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data or analytics role at a high growth startup/tech company
• Experience working with SQL is a must-have
• Experience with analytical tools such as Looker, Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau and experience with Python, or R+
• Degree level qualification in a relevant field such as data science, information management systems or analytics
• Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, able to work in a remote working environment with limited supervision
• Relevant industry (bike, automotive, mobility, startup, technology) experience advantageous
