About the role

  • Oversee the daily operations of the revenue team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Lead and manage a team of seven, including two Senior Billing Leads, three Accounts Receivable Specialists, and two Collections Specialists.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Accounts Payable teams to gather necessary data for invoice generation.
  • Review invoice data thoroughly before submission to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with partners to provide regular billing updates and address any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between Account Management, Business Compliance, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal departments.
  • Oversee customer margin reporting, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of monthly accruals.
  • Perform margin analysis reviews, identifying low-margin accounts and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
  • Streamline the escalation process to ensure timely and effective resolution of all matters.
  • Manage cash collection reporting, proactively guiding the team and directly engaging with customers when necessary to ensure timely payments.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to strengthen team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Drive productivity by automating applications, eliminating redundancies, and optimizing information management.
  • Partner with IT to enhance revenue systems and processes for improved efficiency.
  • Perform ad hoc reconciliations and reporting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
  • Skills: Problem solver, Excel Advanced, strategic thinking, and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced environment, leadership & teamwork. Communication and presentation
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • 2+ years of management experience

Hybrid work schedule - In office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Remote Wednesday and Friday
