Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Manage incident response activities and coordinate recovery efforts.
- Oversee the configuration and management of security tools such as Active Directory.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security across all platforms.
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff on security best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 9+ years of experience required
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proven experience in information security management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and system security protocols.
- Experience with security analysis and incident recovery processes.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
