Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Implement system updates, patches, and backups as necessary.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and integration.
- Utilize scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for data protection.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor鈥檚 Degree
- 5+ years of experience required
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proven experience in system administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles and practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with RESTful services and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Experience with firewall management and network security protocols.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is beneficial.
- Experience with SCCM, Citrix, and related technologies is a plus.
