• Strong interest in ERM’s services and projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or expected graduation) in environmental engineering, environmental science, climate science/finance, ecology, chemical engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in Japanese (N1 level or higher) and English.
• A challenge-oriented mindset, flexibility, and creativity.
• Strong documentation skills (proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and ability to create effective presentations using PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changes, and work independently as a self-starter.

応募条件

• ERMのサービス・プロジェクトへの強い興味
• 環境工学、環境科学、気候科学/ファイナンス、生態学、化学工学、または関連分野の学士号または修士号を取得（取得予定）
• 日本語（N1レベル以上）と英語堪能であること
• チャレンジマインドと、フレキシビリティ、クリエイティビティを持った方
• ドキュメンテーションに優れた方（パワーポイント、WORD、エクセルなど作成可能な方、パワーポイントでのプレゼンテーションが得意な方）
