About The Role
Solar Landscape needs your help in changing the way America goes solar.
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Preconstruction, Operations, and Project Management team with all aspects of our solar projects.
Responsibilities
- Project Administration including managing company licenses, CRM data management, Request for Information and Submittal processing, request and management of project certificates of insurance,
- Solar Incentive management to include submission and closeout, , act as point of contact for all internal and external parties with respect to incentive application and closeout.
- Assist Director of Interconnection in submission and closeout of interconnection applications and agreements.
- Support Preconstruction Manager for all matters relating to planning/zoning board applications and permitting.
- Assist Project Managers in submission of construction permits, coordinate with design team to collect required engineering deliverables, act as point of contact for all internal and external parties with respect to permit submission and closeout.
- Assist Project Managers and Engineers with purchase orders and subcontracts
- Assist Director of Procurement with material/inventory management and review of outstanding purchasing as it relates to the project schedule.
- Manage subcontractor paperwork, assist with distribution of RFI’s and Submittals, assist with project closeout.
- Other duties will be assigned as needed depending on project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field highly preferred
- 2+ years solar industry experience
- Permitting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, excellent time management and coordination skills
