You’ll support the Senior Creative Designer in delivering evocative, distinct and coherent visual experiences across the customer journey, and in doing so, aid the acceleration to a carbon-zero world.Your MissionWe need to build a compelling visual brand that positions us as innovators. We're creating the market for carbon accounting software, and we need a talented creative designer to help us visually express the value of the company and product we've built.We think in terms of impact. Here's how you will contribute when you join:Collaborating with teams. You’ll collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Design, Operations, etc.), delivering visual concepts, materials, and experiences as it relates to brand.You’ll be an owner. We’re looking for someone to own the creative design experience of key parts of the customer experience and ensure they align with evolving brand guidelines.Maintaining standards. You’ll be a a steward for ensuring all final graphics are visually appealing, on-brand and adhere to our design principles (WISE).Creating our first impression. First impressions matter, and you’ll be generating sales & marketing collateral that will have a significant impact on our chances of closing customers. Without this, we’ll struggle to have the impact required to decelerate climate change.You'll inspire. Your visual story-telling skills will inspire teams by creating a compelling image for Emitwise's role in solving the climate crisis.Your Experience & SkillsThere are a range of experiences and skills that are likely to help you succeed in this role, including:- You'll have proven experience designing strategic omni-channel experiences at a technology company (SaaS experience preferred)- You have experience creating animated assets, including conceptualising, animating, and optimising for different web formats.- You're self-directed but always do your best work in a team, you have strong aesthetic principles, a keen eye for detail and enjoy storytelling- You've developed a clear design process capable of transforming vague problems and objectives into clear and compelling visual solutions- You're adaptable and pragmatic, without compromising on quality- You've got empathy for customer needs and always design for inclusivity- You're happy working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite- You're flexible, adaptable, and thrive in a rapidly scaling company- You are passionate about our mission.
