Job Summary:

This product allows leading players across the agrifood supply chain to monitor the adoption of regenerative agricultural practices in the regions they are sourcing from, and more broadly, guide their decisions on lowering their carbon footprint.

The Sustainability Insights is primarily a map-based product with data insights presented in a user friendly way and the user should be able to navigate through different scenarios depending on user personas and objectives.

A first version of this product was deployed to some early adopters (see some information on our website).

You will take this product to a new level, working with the customers to gather requirement and build the business cases, the Regrow team (the head of product, the product designer, the science team and the software engineers) to design the next version and provide clear and actionable implementation steps.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct user research to understand their uses cases and construct the product requirements
• Act as the customer advocate and translate high level objectives into pragmatic product requirements and small pieces of work with the team (product, leadership, science, design, engineers).
• Coordinate and own the process from ideation, to implementation, testing and deployment.

Your Background:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• You have some background knowledge in the carbon/agriculture industry or you worked with data product before (data analytics, data insights),
• Experience working with teams of data scientists processing large datasets (ideally, they have some SQL skills, and can read databases, to understand the interdependency between the different data layers in a database),
• Experience with map based interfaces (like Tableau, preference for geo-spatial products experience) or/and extracting and rendering meaningful information from complex datasets,
• Experience with UX/UI design, either designing yourself or extensive experience working with designer and providing feedback/guidance.

Who You Are:

• You like ideating, drafting new product features, and working towards refining then until you reach a production-ready solution
• You have a strong visual design skills
• You possess a good understanding of how technology products are built and are able to guide customers through scalable and practical solutions during the ideation process.
• You can communicate requirements to multidisciplinary teams: designer, data scientist, software engineers, support team.
• You are detail-oriented, pragmatic, have good visual communication (a picture or a diagram is worth a thousand words).
