The company is backed by a diverse set of committed investors and we have raised over $360M to date.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a hands-on individual to help us develop our core technology by contributing to our electrode process development organization. In this role, individuals will work directly with our engineering team to spend time on our pilot production equipment. You will be responsible for completing experimental trials to improve our electrode process and help our team prepare for full scale production.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect, organize and prepare electrode material components and hardware
  • Complete work from various projects adhering to individual timelines
  • Fabricate prototype electrodes, assist in developing the fabrication process
  • Work with the engineering team to develop quality control processes and specifications
  • Document and organize electrode fabrication notes for performance traceability
  • Maintain process conditions in a fashion that facilities cleanliness and productivity for other team members
  • Collaborate with the technical team to generate and update Process SOPs

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience relating to working with chemicals in laboratory or production environment
  • Familiarity operating small to medium sized equipment
  • Experience with laboratory waste streams and general chemical hygiene
  • Experience using cloud based organizational tools
  • Solid communication skills within a group of peers and broader organization
