- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within reports and dashboards
- Automate Excel-based reporting processes using advanced formulas, macros, and VBA.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and report implementation, merging data from various sources using SQL, Power Query, and other tools.
- Assist with the analysis and resolution of data and technical issues related to existing report, data models, and source systems
- Analyze complex datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity of Purchasing Reports
- Conduct End-users training on BI tools, dashboards, and reporting best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting and BI system requirements
- Prepare all relevant documentation on technical processes, data models, and reporting frameworks
