Responsibility Level:The position is accountable for building up the value chain and implementing distribution strategy to expanding sales channel networks including E-Commerce, designing promotion both of sell in and sell through to driving performance growth. The position scope includes planning and executing customer-centric marketing activities focusing on retail strategies to both drive short-term sales campaigns and build long-term brand value. Especially for E-Commerce, this position is responsible for analyzing consumer purchasing journey via GA to establish action plans for improving conversion and add value to sales.  The position scope includes the creation and distribution of marketing content of Delkor and endorsed brands across the distribution channel to support AFM commercial teams’ sales operation.
