On a daily basis, the Development Manager will respond to RFIs and RFPs; create and submit materials ranging from internal strategy documents to fully written proposals; manage all compliance reporting; and support special project initiatives.  The role will fully own the  development, submission, and management of  funding opportunities that align with it’s electric’s goals. This position requires incredibly strong writing skills in addition to attention to detail, data analysis, and time management skills, with an emphasis on possessing strong human intelligence to intuit the receiving audience to then tailor content to that group. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in the mission, vision, and values of it’s electric (prior work in Electric Vehicle Charging, Sustainability, or Climate Tech is not a requirement).Relevant Experience:A proven track record of the development, award, and post-award management of grant, campaign, or new business opportunities.
