The Role:
We are seeking a full-time Research Associate to join Wood Mackenzie’s Power and Renewables Research team, focusing on the short-term analysis of European power markets, including day_ahead, intraday, and balancing markets.
As a Research Associate, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining power market forecasting models across various European geographies. Your work will focus on modeling market and leverage advanced mathematical optimization techniques, machine learning (ML) algorithms, and data analytics to provide accurate price forecasts and actionable insights for our clients.
