The roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the followings</div><ul><li>Prepare the quarterly/annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740</li><li>Prepare detailed workpapers that support US income tax calculations for US Federal &amp; state tax return compliance, collaborating with outside tax return preparers</li><li>Support in providing tax forecast (ETR, cash tax forecast, etc)</li><li>Manage quarterly Federal/state estimates and extension computations and payments</li><li>Keep up to date with tax legislation, SEC Regulations, and GAAP changes, practice and global developments &amp; analyze the related tax reporting impact</li><li>Develop and implement process improvements for all aspects of the tax calculation process</li><li>Provide support for income tax audits including the preparation of responses to inquiries from tax authorities</li><li>Support other US income tax reporting matters &amp; ad hoc requests and tax projects as necessary</li><li>Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, other business teams</li></ul><div>Who you are and what you bring</div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a corporate tax role with responsibilities for income tax compliance, tax provision (ASC 740) and tax audit, with the ideal candidate having Big 4 experience and/or corporate tax department</li><li>Have a solid understanding of ASC 740 as well as US federal &amp; state tax compliance</li><li>Detail oriented with problem solving skills and eagerness to expand knowledge and skills</li><li>Strong analytical and organized in project-management</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>BA/BS Degree in Accountancy, or a similar field of study</li><li>You are proficient with MS Excel, tax and accounting research tools, enterprise/general ledger systems, and tax provision applications</li></ul><div> </div></div></div>
