Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development professional to lead the implementation of a formal Learning and Development program. This role will support all functions within Wisk to meet our desire to train and grow our teams, along with meeting our regulatory requirements.  You will be responsible for defining, planning and implementing our Learning and Development program.  You will need to create procedures and implement applications in partnership with IT to support the  enterprise.  

Responsibilities

• Develop Wisk academy by planning and executing the learning and leadership development strategy, focused on Wisk’s strategy, operational goals, and culture
• Develop the strategy, implementation initiatives, resources, and success metrics for a given program(s)
• Provide best-in-class project management on training initiatives by creating project plans, defining timelines, outlining partner responsibilities, and collaborating across teams to deliver on-time and on-budget
• Partner with Research & Development teams, Functions and SMEs to stand up and manage the program going forward
• Communicate to leaders when timelines are at risk or additional resources may be needed
• Scale the program and adapt it to meet the needs of additional functional areas as Wisk scales
• Develop a virtuous cycle for feedback from learners; continuously monitor and report on ways in which we can improve learner satisfaction

Requirements

• BA/BS degree; 5+ years of L&D experience
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and consultative skills
• Working knowledge of relevant technologies and actionable analytics
• Ability to work to deadlines with quick turnaround
