Position description 

We are looking for an intern to join our team as Customer Experience & Digitalization Intern for 4 months. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to analyze and optimize customer experience processes by mapping service levels, understanding platform features, identifying digitalization gaps, and enhancing customer journey. The intern will work closely with different teams to improve workflows and propose solutions that streamline customer interactions. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Map Service Levels: Identify and document service levels across different client segments to ensure tailored and effective service delivery.
  • Analyze Platform Features and Customer Access: Evaluate platform functionalities and customer access points to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Identify Inefficiencies and Digitalization Opportunities: Detect process inefficiencies and suggest digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Propose Seamless Customer Journey Transitions: Develop and recommend strategies to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
