This ambitious program demands clear, consistent, and engaging training solutions for all roll-out entities around the globe.If this sounds like the challenge you’ve been looking for, we encourage you to apply today.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and oversee the production of training materials, ensuring their quality and relevance.</li><li>Manage the Training Team including externals, providing guidance and support to team members.</li><li>Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the organization.</li><li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.</li><li>Monitor the progress of training development and implementation, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Represent training topics in relevant meetings and planning activities.</li></ul><div><div><div></div></div></div>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>A well-completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.</li><li>Experience in training program in an SAP transformation program.</li><li>Extensive project management experience and expertise in training and learning in an SAP environment.
