Leading a team of Operational Specialists, you will manage a diverse fleet of EVs while optimizing staffing and resource allocation to maintain high operational standards. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to developing and implementing new operational processes. You will be key in maintaining service quality by managing relationships with on-site vendors, including mobile washing services and cleaning providers. Additionally, you will act as a key liaison with the New York office, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and providing regular updates on critical operational developments. Given this role's dynamic nature, scheduling flexibility is essential, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed. In this role, keeping up with industry best practices and continuously enhancing operational workflows will ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
