About the role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Account Based Marketing Lead to develop and standardize our ABM strategy and drive qualified engagements with target accounts as we continue our rapid growth. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with Marketing and Sales to define, execute, and optimize full-funnel marketing programs to inform, engage, and convert key contacts within our targeted account list.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the creation of Account Based Marketing strategy and plans that engage and convert our target accounts, leveraging tailored buyers’ journeys
  • Develop and execute end-to-end program and integrated marketing campaign strategy to drive engagement in target accounts
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to build initiatives that support sales enablement and drive growth
  • Track and analyze results to show program effective and continually refine for optimal ROI
  • Provide sales training, tools, and support in support of campaigns and educate the sales team on ABM best practices
  • Own and manage ABM tools and technology to support our programs, and recommend new ones that may enhance strategy

Skills and experience

  • 3+ years managing ABM campaigns from start to finish—strategy, execution, and measurement
  • Significant cross-functional experience across sales and marketing teams in Enterprise SaaS
  • An established track record of successful Account Based Marketing Campaigns
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management experience skills with experience managing external vendors and agencies
  • Ability to think strategically and willingness to roll up sleeves to meet individual and company goals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
