Join us as a Site Health & Safety Coordinator at Aldoga Solar Farm and be a key player in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team. You'll lead the implementation of HSE Management Plans, conduct vital site inspections, and ensure our high safety standards are met.

Job Description

  • Implement and support Site HSE Management Plans.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk workshops, and safety inductions.
  • Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and present Toolbox Material and participate in HSE meetings.
  • Support incident investigations and safety audits.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 5+ years of HSE experience in high-risk construction (civil works, high voltage electrical, solar farms).
  • Diploma in OHS/Environment preferred.
  • ICAM training and practical application experience.
  • Strong communication, report writing, and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
