Your mission We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new EU Digitalization Support Engineer!   What does a EU Digitalization Support Engineer do, you might ask? Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy!    In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job: <ul><li>Act as onsite support to assist internal users on SAP-S4 system in daily support, Q&amp;A, system training, etc.</li><li>Identify and trouble shoot application problems leveraging your business &amp; technology knowledge in SAP SD module, MM and FICO are preferred.  </li><li>Escalate enquires in a timely manner to level-3 / level4 support for fixes or to internal subject matter experts for issues requiring clarification</li><li>Contact third party vendors when appropriate to request more assistance or report issues with functionality</li><li>Document resolutions and workarounds in the knowledge base</li><li>Build trust with internal users by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism</li><li>Work closely with Headquarter team in issue report, root cause analysis and prospective requirements synchronization.</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you. Let's see what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role: <ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in IT areas, such IT solution implementation, IT support, etc.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in SAP-S4 SD module. MM/FICO experience is preferred.</li><li>Fluent in English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Chinese are preferred.</li><li>Experience using MS office solution.</li><li>A passion for technology and desire to provide superior customer service</li></ul> Why us?
