To act as the subject matter expert for the financing work streams of renewable energy and green hydrogen projects (across verticals including greenfield and M&amp;A) and to undertake financial modelling and financial reporting for projects.Responsibilities :<ul><li>Construct, maintain, review, and operate complex financial models in line with internal guidelines.</li><li>Conduct financial analysis and perform quality reviews as required.</li><li>Explain financial model and associated analysis to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (commercial, technical, legal, tax, insurance, environmental, QHSE, etc.) and external stakeholders (lenders, equity partners, external advisors), as required.</li><li>Support Masdar’s bank relationship model by maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions, including IFIs.</li><li>Support Treasury operations (not limited to the issuing of guarantee instruments, cash &amp; liquidity management).</li><li>Support in-house financial risk management activities as required.</li><li>Support training requirements across to develop internal capabilities.</li><li>Take a proactive approach to own training needs in order to ensure continuous growth and knowledge transfer.</li><li>Ensure relationships with service level providers are managed smoothly and effectively in a way that guarantees that Masdar is provided with quality and timely services, in line with relevant service level agreements.</li><li>As and when required by management, personally manage key relationships/negotiations with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the negotiation and agreement of favourable deals and agreements that safeguard Masdar’s best interests while ensuring the delivery of necessary needs/goals.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of unit systems, policies and procedures covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements and standards are fulfilled while ensuring that policies and procedures support the delivery of the strategy.</li></ul>
