<div><b style="font-size:12pt;">The Role</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:12pt;">We are looking for a highly skilled FP&amp;A Analyst to support the company’s CFO with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial and operational performance analysis. This highly visible and strategic role will be exposed to all finance-related aspects of the business as we build the FP&amp;A function out. It will be crucial in providing insights that shape decision-making and improve financial performance as we continue to grow. </span></div><div><span style="font-size:12pt;">This role will report to our CFO and is a hybrid role based in Ridgewood, NJ.</span></div><br><br><h3>Key responsibilities will include:</h3><ul><li>Lead the monthly reporting process by analyzing the financial and operational performance and providing detailed explanations for current year variances vs previous year and vs budget</li><li>Monitor and control the operating expenses (OpEx) by producing monthly reports and providing explanations for variances vs budget</li><li>Participate in developing and implementing process improvements related to financial reporting</li><li>Support the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes as needed</li><li>Control the capex deployment of the company, produce monthly reports, and interact with the Business Development and Execution teams as needed</li><li>Control the cash forecast of the company, gathering inputs from different departments of the company, assuring all assumptions are up to date</li><li>Prepare presentations for Board meetings and the Executive Leadership Team</li><li>Support the CFO with ad hoc requests and analysis</li><li>Additional duties as required</li><div><br></div></ul><h3>The Ideal Candidate</h3><ul><li>1-3+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting areas, preferably at a renewable energy company</li><li>Strong analytical skillset, including utilizing Power BI and reporting tools with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, Index/Match). Experience in NetSuite is a plus</li><li>Hands-on problem solver with exceptional analytical skills, able to think and act strategically</li><li>High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability, keen to take ownership</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with senior stakeholders across the business in a cross-functional team environment </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet objectives</li><li>Experienced in presenting extensive data and reporting to Executive teams </li><li>Energy industry experience or experience with power purchase agreements and energy service agreements financial structures is a plus</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related area is required, and an MBA is highly preferred.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:12pt;">This is a great opportunity to have a long-term impact on a fast-paced, private equity backed growth business.
