Job Description

We're looking for an experienced professional, who can help set up all our internal processes for HR and people management.

Our team is distributed across the globe, so we need to make sure processes are standardized and efficiently done across the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely processing of all payroll changes (salary, title, department, etc.), national and internationally;
  • Help to manage total rewards benefits plans and identify new benefits offerings as the team continues to grow;
  • Assist on applicable legal and risk-related matters;
  • Evaluate and analyze data and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the People Operations function;
  • Create and implement frameworks and tools for project management, data management, and testing;
  • Work with the leadership team to maintain and evolve SINAI's company culture and employer brand;
  • Own and provide leadership on all human resources related activities and set our people operations strategy and processes;
  • Build a world-class onboarding program that helps employees quickly ramp into their new role;
  • Build and enhance development courses and programs;
  • Mediate and encourage open lines of communication during disputes between employees and their supervisors; promote effective conflict resolution;
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify top and relocatable talent within the organization;
  • Serve as a trusted resource to all employees, and guide them through career development and interpersonal conversations;
  • Develop performance management, compensation, learning and development programming;

  • Ensure successful execution of talent acquisition strategy;
  • Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open corporate and field positions;
  • Stay informed of industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques

Requirements:

  • High level of integrity and ability to use good judgment;
  • Experience crafting and managing compensation practices;
  • Consulting and/or other operational experience a plus;
  • An undergraduate degree is required; HR certifications / Master’s degree preferred;
  • Exceptional communication & collaboration skills, particularly with people who have different skillsets;
  • A data-driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in people operations strategies from an ROI perspective;
  • Proven ability to design and implement people operations strategies that drive business results;
  • Deep knowledge of legal HR compliance matters. 
  • 8+ years of experience running the People/Human Resources function within a high-growth, progressive organization;
  • Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities;
  • Utilize people-related data to aid in strategic decision making; develop key metrics to measure employee engagement, performance, and retention;
  • A highly curious individual with a growth mindset;
  • Exceptional communication & collaboration skills, particularly with people who have different skillsets and cultures;
