Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Warehouse Operations:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping.</li><li>Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.</li><li>Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.</li><li>Issue raw materials, repack materials, and packing materials to the production and repacking departments.</li></ul>Inventory Control: <ul><li>Maintain an accurate inventory system through regular cycle counts and audits.</li><li>Oversee proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.</li><li>Implement and enforce inventory management best practices to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.</li></ul>Team Leadership: <ul><li>Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.</li><li>Schedule and allocate tasks to warehouse staff to meet operational demands.</li><li>Ensure operators continuously improve through Operational Excellence (OpEx), Kaizens, and Best Catches.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff.</li></ul>Process Improvement:<ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality through Kaizens and Operational Excellence (OpEx).</li><li>Implement new systems or technologies that enhance warehouse productivity and accuracy.</li><li>Analyze and resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues.</li></ul>Health and Safety: <ul><li>Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and complies with safety standards.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections and lead the team in maintaining a safe working environment.</li><li>Provide safety training and ensure employees adhere to safety protocols.</li></ul>Reporting and Documentation: <ul><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and stock levels.</li><li>Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, shipping times, and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Address discrepancies and provide corrective action as needed.</li></ul>Collaboration: <ul><li>Work closely with other departments (e.g., Purchase, Production, Lab, and Logistics) to ensure smooth coordination of activities.</li><li>Ensure clear communication and collaboration between the warehouse team and other parts of the company to meet customer demands.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>MBA in Operations/ Supply Chain Management with 10+ years of experience in Multi-national company.
