What you’ll be doing
As Operational Support you’ll manage all correspondence and communication within the business ensuring that all customer contacts are dealt with in accordance with relevant processes. You’ll liaise with external suppliers and other business areas, printing and collation of information to assist in the generation of work packs. Provide administration and management support to varied district operations, building daily/weekly resource planning programmes including maintenance, investment activities, time writing and zone management reporting on KPI’s.

Contribute as an effective team member of District team.
Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on issues as they arise.

What you’ll bring

Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels
Strong customer focus.
Ability to produce consistently high volumes of accurate work and work under pressure
Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and process improvements
Ability to take personal ownership of, and resolve, project issues
Aptitude to learn any required additional IT skills
Experience in a multi-stranded project support/co-ordination role or equivalent role
Experience in SAP, CCT and Cintellate systems
General knowledge of the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Businesses activities.
As a minimum, you will demonstrate:
Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard
Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite
